RPS Group PLC27 March 2008 RPS GROUP PLC ("RPS" or "the Group") Appointment of new Non-Executive Director The Board of RPS is pleased to announce the appointment of Louise Charlton, as aNon Executive Director, with effect from 22 May 2008. Louise is the Group senior partner of Brunswick Group LLP, the internationalcorporate communications group, which she co-founded 21 years ago. Over thisperiod, she has advised numerous prominent UK and international companies ontheir external and internal communications. She is also a Trustee of theNatural History Museum. No other information is required to be disclosed under paragraphs 9.6.13 of thelisting rules of the UK Listing Authority.
