John St. John, who has been acting as a Strategic Financial Advisor to the Boardof Afren since November 2006, was formerly Global Head of Equity Capital Marketsat Dresdner Kleinwort, Commerzbank and Lehman Brothers and European Head ofEquity Capital Markets at Citigroup, formerly Salomon Brothers.
