Notification of Appointment of Mr Leon Yee as

an Independent Non- Executive Director

The Company announces the appointment of Mr Leon Yee as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, with effect from 12 February 2018.

Mr Yee holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Law and a Master of Arts from the University of Cambridge. He is an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore and a Solicitor of England and Wales.

Mr Yee is the Chairman and Managing Director of Duane Morris & Selvam LLP, an international law firm. He serves as its Global Head of Corporate and leads the Banking & Finance and Energy Practice Groups. He is also Head of its China Practice Group. Mr Yee has extensive experience in corporate finance, corporate governance, corporate restructurings and joint ventures and advises on complex financing transactions as well.

Mr Yee is the Non-Executive Chairman of Pacific Star Development Limited and an Independent Director of Federal International (2000) Limited, Companies listed on Singapore Exchange. In accordance with FCA Listing Rule 9.6.13, the Company confirms that there is no information to be disclosed in relation to Mr Yee and that he has not held any other directorships in any other public listed companies within the last five years.

Mr Yee does not currently have an interest in any of the Company's shares.
