Felix Group PLC21 June 2007 Felix Group plc ("Felix" or the "Group") Appointment of Finance Director Felix Group plc has today confirmed the appointment of Lynda Sherratt as GroupFinance Director. Lynda was previously Managing Director for the Group, a roleFelix will not be replacing. The change is effective from 2nd July 2007. Lynda will also assume the role of Company Secretary for the Group. Commenting, Andy Egan, Chief Executive said; "This executive change is a naturalprogression for us. As stated in the recent announcement of the proposed placingof £4.2m and accompanying circular to shareholders, we have now moved away fromdevelopment, to implementation of the strategy we have set ourselves. WhilstLynda will retain some operational responsibilities within the business, weneeded to create a role with more of a financial focus. Lynda is the rightperson to fill this role with over ten years experience in finance culminatingin a senior finance role at Sportech plc. This change will also see me taking on greater operational responsibilities asLynda and I share certain aspects of the old MD role as we drive the businessforward to meet our objectives."
