Appointment of New Non-Executive Director

The Board of 21st Century Technology plc (AIM: C21) the vehicle installation service provider supplying public transport CCTV and other monitoring systems, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Mark Westcombe Elliott as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.

Mr Elliott, aged 52, is a Chartered Accountant and has spent the last 10 years as Managing Director of a private equity group, ICE Partners Limited having previously worked as an equity partner specialising in Corporate Finance with Baker Tilly.
