Board Appointment
Treatt, the manufacturer and supplier of conventional, organic and fair trade ingredients for the flavour, fragrance and cosmetic industries announces that it has appointed Ian Neil as a Non-executive Director of the Company with effect from 4 December 2009.
Commenting on Mr. Neil's appointment Edward Dawnay, Chairman of Treatt, said "I would like to welcome Ian. He has been familiar with Treatt's business for many years and brings with him over 30 years of flavour and fragrance industry experience".
Treatt confirms that there is no information to be disclosed under the requirements of Listing Rule 9.6.13 in relation to this appointment.
