Flomerics Group PLC09 September 2005 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 09 September 2005 FLOMERICS GROUP PLC Board Appointment The Board of Flomerics Group PLC is pleased to announce that Gary Carter, whojoined the company in January 2005 as Chief Operating Officer, has beenappointed as Chief Executive Officer with immediate effect. This is theculmination of the previously announced intention to ensure a smooth transitionof the management of the Company. David Tatchell the co-founder of the company and Chief Executive since 1989 willmove into the role of Chief Technology Officer enabling the Company to continueto benefit from his invaluable depth of knowledge of the Company's products andunderlying technology. Flomerics Group recently announced Interim results for the six months ended 30June 2005. Turnover for the six months ended 30 June 2005 was up 19% at £5.3million (2004 : £4.4 million) (excluding contribution from the MicReDacquisition, turnover up 13% at £5.0 million) and a record profit (before taxand amortisation of goodwill) for the half year of £380,000 (2004 : £65,000loss).
