Board Appointment

Further to the announcement of 21 March 2011, IT staffing specialist, InterQuest Group plc (AIM: ITQ.L), is pleased to announce that the appointment to the Board of Mr. Mark Braund as Chief Executive Officer is effective as of today. Mr. Gary Ashworth, previously joint CEO & Executive Chairman is now solely Executive Chairman.

Mr. Mark Andrew Braund (aged 49) as an interest in 167,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company, representing 0.54% of the Company's total issued share capital.

In addition, Mark was director of MCS Resource Limited which was dissolved on 15 January 2008 and director of Recruiternet (UK) Limited which was dissolved on 2 September 2009. Recruiternet (UK) Limited was a dormant company at the time Mark joined and at the time the business was dissolved.

There is no further disclosure required with regard to Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules.
