Immunodiagnostic Systems Holdings plc ("IDS"), a leading solution provider to the clinical laboratory diagnostic market, today confirms the following details in respect of the recent announcement that Peter John Williamson, aged 49, will be joining the Board of IDS as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 15 June 2015.

Peter Williamson has worked with private equity firms since 2010 often these specialise in working with companies in distressed situations and in some cases the role has required a restructuring through a planned administration/receivership or a planned insolvency to ensure an orderly winding down of the business. While working with these private equity firms, Peter Williamson was appointed as a director of the companies listed below, each of which had administrators, receivers or liquidators appointed at the time he was a director or within twelve months after he ceased to be a director:

Conex Banninger Ltd and CB Holdings Ltd were put into administration in 2011 and later dissolved in 2012. The estimated shortfall for creditors in ICB Realisations Ltd and ICB IPR Realisations Ltd (the successors of these entities) was £69.0 million.

Gustav (Realisations) Ltd (formerly Jaeger Group Ltd) was put into administration in 2012 and liquidated later that year. The estimated shortfall for creditors was £18.4 million.

City Link (Properties) No.1 Ltd and City Link Ltd were both put into administration in December 2014. The estimated shortfall for creditors was £65.4 million in City Link (Properties) No.1 and was £62.5 million in City Link Ltd. Peter Williamson ceased to be a director of these companies in May 2014.

There are no other disclosures required in relation to Rule 17 or paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules for Companies.
