Paul is currently Senior Independent Director at Taylor Nelson Sofres PLC, aleading international market research company, and also a Non-executive Directorat Thomson SA, the CAC40 media technology company. He was previously Group Finance Director at Carlton Communications PLC, andprior to that spent 12 years with LASMO PLC where he held the posts of CorporateDevelopment Director and ultimately Group Finance Director.
