Multi Group PLC07 June 2006 Multi Group Plc (AIM: MLT) ("Multi") • Appointment of Main Board Director - Janet Barn• Further strengthening of the management team• New office opened in Dublin Multi Group Plc, the specialist healthcare recruitment group, is pleased toannounce the appointment of Janet Barn as an Executive Director with immediateeffect. Janet has some 25 years direct experience in the recruitment industry where shehas held a number of senior positions. Most recently Janet worked with Empresaria Plc, where she headed up their publicsector businesses in the UK. Prior to that Janet served as the Managing Directorof Protocol Teachers, where she oversaw the establishment of a number of newoffices and grew both sales and profits in a declining market. Janet also servedon the board of Corporate Services Group Plc and as Managing Director of BlueArrow Healthcare. This medical recruitment company had annual turnover ofapproximately £100 million and included brand names such as Blue Arrow NursingCare, Medacs, PRN, Blue Arrow Health Link and Health Link New Zealand. Janet's focus within Multi will be on the Group's day to day operations and shewill be working alongside the other executive directors in developing andexpanding the Group's businesses. Multi is also pleased to announce a strengthening of its management team throughthe creation and filling of three new posts. • The Company has recently appointed a Group Bids and Tenders Manager with responsibility for ensuring that the Group pursues all available opportunities, that the highest standards are established and maintained in bid presentations and that, in the case of successful bids, the maximum revenues are derived by the Group from contracts awarded. • It has also appointed a manager with six years specific experience to head up a new desk within Multi's medical staffing subsidiary, Global Medics, focused on the recruitment and placement of GPs within the NHS. This is an area of increasing demand within the health sector and is consequently one where higher margins can still be achieved. • Further, Multi has appointed a highly experienced recruitment operator to the post of Group Operations Director where he will take responsibility for improving business efficiency across the Group's companies and for the seamless integration of future acquisitions. In addition Multi is pleased to announce the recent opening by Global Medics ofa new office in Dublin. This office will be used by Global Medics to offer itsexisting range of services to the medical recruitment market in Ireland and tomanage its existing business interests in Northern Ireland.
