Tangent Communications plc ("Tangent" or the "Company")
David Steyn appointed to the Board
Tangent is pleased to announce that with effect from 15 June 2012 David Steyn (age 52) will join the Board of Tangent as a non-executive director. Prior to joining Tangent, David Steyn was Chief Operating Officer at AllianceBernstein.
David said "Tangent is a very interesting company; young, profitable and with huge potential. Tangent's subsidiary, printed.com, is at the forefront of the digital print sector offering online services with accessibility, flexibility and innovation at its centre".
David Steyn joined AllianceBernstein, then as founding CEO of Stanford C Bernstein's London office in 1999. He became Global Head of Institutions and Distribution and was a member of AllianceBernstein's Executive Committee.
David started his career at Montagu as Head of Fixed Income before joining Lazard's in 1986 as Head of Fixed Income.
David studied Law at Aberdeen University. He is the author of "Market Neutral: Engineering Return and Risk".
