Board Appointment
Air Partner plc is pleased to announce that Justin Barber has been appointed to the main board as an executive director with effect from 5th January 2009.
Justin joined Air Partner in 1989 as an aircraft charter broker, specialising in the film and banking industries. Prior to this he had spent four years with British Airways in their sales division. Over the last two decades he has played key roles in every part of the private jet division of the Group, from lead broker, to account manager, to divisional manager. In 2005 he was instrumental in the widening of the corporate strategy to introduce a Jet card and acquire a private jet operator and management company. Today he manages a team of 70 people within Air Partner Private Jets, running a fleet of Lear 45s based in London; additionally he fulfils the Civil Aviation Authority post of Accountable Manager.

As at the date of this announcement Justin Barber has no other Directorships. Mr Barber holds 20,000 shares in Air Partner. There are no other matters which are required to be disclosed pursuant to rule 16.4 of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
