Pace Micro Technology PLC21 February 2005 Pace Micro Technology appoints new Non-Executive Director Saltaire, West Yorkshire, 21 February 2005: Pace Micro Technology plc (pic.l)has today appointed a new non-executive director, Pat Chapman-Pincher. Pat Chapman-Pincher has over 30 years' experience in the communications industryfrom senior roles in multinational Internet and telecoms companies, toparticipating in technology company start-ups. She is a founding partner of theCavell Group, part of her current portfolio of interests, which specialises inoperational consultancy in IP and wireless technologies. In addition, Pat isChairman of Vegastream Ltd and a non-executive director of Sportev Ltd.
