ServicePower Technologies Plc (AIM: SVR), a market leader in field management software, is pleased to announce that, following approval of all the resolutions put to shareholders at the Company's AGM held earlier today, Tajinder Sandhu has been appointed to the board of directors of ServicePower as Chief Finance Officer.

Tajinder Singh Sandhu, aged 45, joined ServicePower in December 2013 from NCC Education. Mr Sandhu is a chartered accountant and has held several roles within the finance functions of various organisations, including Wolters Kluwer, TRW Inc and Sendo Plc.
