Kesa Electricals appoints a Non-executive Director

Kesa Electricals plc today announces that it has appointed Alison Reed as a Non-executive Director with immediate effect and she will sit on the Audit, Remuneration and Nomination Committees.

Alison Reed is a Non-executive Director and Deputy Chairman of British Airways Plc, she is also a Non-executive Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee at DRS Data & Research Services plc. Her previous experience includes 21 years with Marks and Spencer plc, ultimately as Chief Financial Officer; Chief Financial Officer of Standard Life plc with responsibility for the flotation and a Non-executive Director of HSBC Bank plc.
