Turbo Genset Inc.27 January 2005 Thursday 27th January 2005 Board Appointment The Board of Turbo Genset, the producer of high-technology power generation andconditioning equipment, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Ross Sayersas a Non Executive Director with immediate effect. Ross Sayers has a wealth of experience in the Transport and Utility sectors,including roles as Executive Chairman of the State Rail Authority of New SouthWales, Executive Chairman of New Zealand Railways, Managing Director and ChiefExecutive of China Light and Power Limited, one of Hong Kong's largest listedcompanies and Executive Chairman of Innogy Holdings PLC until its acquisition byRWE. Ross is a fellow chartered accountant (NZ) and is currently a Non ExecutiveDirector of Interteck Group PLC, Network Rail and Chairman of the advisory panelfor Macquarie European Infrastructure fund.
