Pace Micro Technology PLC09 January 2007 Pace announces new Board appointment New Chief Financial Officer to join Pace Board Pace Micro Technology today announces the appointment of a new Chief FinancialOfficer Stuart Hall. Stuart, currently Group Finance Director at IQE plc, isexpected to join Pace in early April 2007 and will succeed current FinanceDirector David Brocksom. Stuart will join the Pace Board and executive team indriving forward the existing change programme to reinvigorate the business andimprove performance. Before joining IQE Stuart was Finance Director of Energy Squared Limited andDirector of Performance Management for Energis Group plc. He has also beenFinance Director at WBF Ltd, part of the Adare Printing Group plc, FinanceDirector at Carnography plc and Finance Director at Race Electronics. Hequalified as a Chartered Accountant at BDO Binder Hamlyn. Neil Gaydon, Pace's Chief Executive Officer commented: "At IQE Stuart has beenpart of an executive management team that has seen strong growth in thecompany's sales and market capitalisation.
