Board Appointment

Further to the announcement on 9 August 2018, Phoenix Global Resources plc (AIM: PGR; BCBA: PGR), the upstream oil and gas company offering its investors an opportunity to invest directly into Argentina's Vaca Muerta shale formation and other unconventional resources, is pleased to confirm Kevin Dennehy's appointment to the Board with effect from 1 October 2018.

Kevin Dennehy, Executive Director and CFO, aged 60 years.

Kevin has over 38 years experience in the oil and gas industry. He is based in our Buenos Aires office and is a Spanish speaker and has had a 35 year career with BP. Between 2016 and 2018, Kevin was CFO of Pan American Energy, BP's Argentine JV and between 2013 and 2015 he was Country Manager BP Iraq. In addition, he has held senior Finance roles at BP in Iraq, Colombia, Russia, Angola, Kuwait, the UK and the USA. Prior to BP, Kevin worked for El Paso Natural Gas Company.

His experience includes exposure to the full life cycle of upstream operations from new business access and exploration success to project developments and mature operations.

Kevin Dennehy holds 40,000 Ordinary Shares of the Company.

He has been a director of the following companies during the previous five years (none of them is a current directorship):

- Phoenix Petroleum Services, Limited Liability Company

- BP Argentina Exploration Company

- BP SC Holdings LLC
