Board Appointment

InterQuest Group plc (AIM: ITQ.L), the specialist IT recruitment group is pleased to announce the appointment to the Board of Gary Goldsmith as Chief Operating Officer, with immediate effect.

Mr. Goldsmith is a highly experienced senior business Director in the UK and European recruitment industry with a proven track record of success. Mr. Goldsmith joined Sthree plc, one of Europe's largest IT staffing companies, in 1993 to set up the contract business of the Computer Futures Solutions division, subsequently being appointed joint Managing Director of that division. In his 14 years at the business he successfully built what became the largest division of Sthree, growing the division's net fee income to £36.7m in 2006 and expanding out of the UK into Holland, Germany and France. Since that time he has advised various recruitment companies on a consultancy basis, most recently working with InterQuest Group CEO Mark Braund to further develop the Group's strategy.
