MALVERN, PENNSYLVANIA, AND STAFFORD, UK, 22 September 2011 - PuriCore (LSE: PURI), the water-based clean technology company focused on developing and commercialising proprietary, green solutions that safely, effectively, and naturally kill infectious pathogens, today announces the resignation of Darren Weiss as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director to accept a new position. This change will be effective from 7 October 2011.
