Board and Management changes
The Board announces that GW (Joe) Clayton will cease to be a Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, and all of its subsidiaries, with immediate effect.
Until a new Chief Executive has been appointed the senior managers of the two operating businesses, MRS Services Group (MRSSG) and Bachmann Plant Hire (BPH), will report directly to the Board.
MRSSG will be led by Jonathon McTaggart, who is promoted to the role of Chief Operating Officer of MRSSG, whilst Greg Bachmann will continue to lead BPH. Paul Brenton will assume responsibility for all group finance and administrative functions. Jonathon, Greg and Paul will report directly to the Board.

"I would like to thank Joe for his contribution to the Company, both in his initial role leading the MRS Services Group (formerly known as SubZero) which was acquired in September 2016, and latterly in his role as CEO since December 2016."
