Morgan Sindall PLC21 July 2005 Morgan Sindall plc Bluestone framework agreement agreed with Driving Standards Agency Bluestone, the construction subsidiary of Morgan Sindall plc, has been awarded aframework agreement with the Driving Standards Agency (DSA) to build regionaltest centres across England and Wales. The award is expected to yield up to £40million of revenue over the next three years. It is anticipated that a typical project will be in the region of £850,000. Therequirement for the new centres has been driven by EU legislation requiringmotorcycle test candidates to carry out braking and avoidance manoeuvres at aspeed that would be unsuitable on the public highway. Bluestone has been selected for all four regions in England and Wales: Londonand South, Midlands and Eastern, Wales and West and North.
