On 6 January 2017, Grupo Clarín S.A. (the "Company") supplemented the information provided on 2 January 2017 by informing the Argentine Securities Commission and the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange that Blue Media Investment Inc. had communicated that the price paid for the acquisition of 74.5229% of the capital stock of GS Unidos LLC, representing, indirectly, 18,747,617 Class "C" Shares of the Company, was of USD 219,590,143.
