Carillion PLC01 April 2008 Carillion plc Block Listing of Shares Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London StockExchange for a block listing of 2,000,000 ordinary shares of 50p each inCarillion plc. These shares will be admitted to trading on the London StockExchange and to the Official List upon allotment pursuant to the Company'sobligations under Long Term Incentive Plan and Deferred Bonus Plan.Participants in the Long Term Incentive Plan and Deferred Bonus Plan willbecome entitled to these shares following the vesting of awards.
