F&C UK Real Estate Investments Limited (“the Company”)

On 28 September 2015 the Company announced that it has made an application to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the blocklisting of 20,385,000 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1 pence each pursuant to the general corporate purposes scheme.

The Board believe that, as part of the Company’s premium management programme, the blocklisting will assist the Company in providing liquidity to the market in a timely manner and may reduce volatility in any premium to net asset value at which the Company’s shares may trade from time to time.

The shares will, when issued, rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.
