6 December 2013 Daily Mail and General Trust plc (`DMGT') 2006 Executive Share Option Scheme Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority (UKLA) and to the LondonStock Exchange for a total of 200,000 A Ordinary Non-Voting shares of 12.5pence each to be admitted to the Official List. It is expected that admission will be granted on Monday 9 December 2013. These shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issuedpursuant to the DMGT 2006 Executive Share Option Scheme.
