As at 6 July 2005, 19,132,246 ordinary shares wereunder block admission as follows: ZOO Digital Group plc roll-over share option scheme 3,052,600ZOO Digital Group plc Enterprise Management Incentive Scheme 9,214,310ZOO Digital Group plc Unapproved Employee Share Option Scheme 6,865,336 The Company can confirm that for the six-month period to 29 December 2005options over a total of 23,625 ordinary shares under the ZOO Digital Group plcEnterprise Management Incentive Scheme have now lapsed. In addition, options over a total of 892,860 ordinary shares under the ZOODigital Group plc Enterprise Management Incentive Scheme have been transferredto the ZOO Digital Group plc Unapproved Employee Share Option Scheme.
