Under the rules of the IrishStock Exchange ("ISE") that applied up to 29 November 2004, bought-back sharesheld as Treasury Shares were de-listed, and were required to be (re-) listed ifre-issued. This Return provides for the re-listing of those re-issued shares onthe Irish Stock Exchange. As the FSA does not de-list bought-back shares, theirre-listing on the London Stock Exchange (on re-issue) does not arise. The ISErules regarding bought-back shares were amended with effect from 29 November2004 and are now in line with those of the FSA.
