John Laing Group plc ("the Company") - Block Listing
Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 620,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List. These shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.
These ordinary shares are to be issued from time to time pursuant to the rules of the Long Term Incentive Plan 2015 and Deferred Share Bonus Plan 2015.
Admission is expected to be effective on 1 April 2021.
This notification is provided in accordance with LR 3.3.2(6) of the Listing Rules.
