Pursuant to the Brewin Dolphin Holdings PLC Senior Employee Matching Purchase Scheme December 2004 matching options, application is made to the UK Listing Authority for the blocklisting of, and the London Stock Exchange for the admission of 793,776 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to the Official List. These shares have not yet been allotted or issued at this time.

These shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares of the company.
