Blocklisting Application

The Company announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the blocklisting of 100,000 ordinary shares of 0.125 pence each (the "Ordinary Shares"). Admission of the Ordinary Shares is expected to take place on 24 October 2014.

The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares in issue.
