Blocklisting Application
Entertainment One Ltd. (LSE:ETO) announces that a Blocklisting application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock Exchange in respect of satisfying existing awards of 2,392,066 common shares of no par value ('Common Shares') pursuant to the Entertainment One Executive Share Plan. If issued, these shares will rank pari passu in all respects with existing Common Shares.
Following the recent admission of 10 million Common Shares issued in conjunction with the Company's placing, the Company's share capital has increased and currently comprises 187,416,263 Common Shares with 187,416,263 voting rights. This figure includes 7,595,286 Common Shares currently held in the Company's employee benefit trusts that are excluded from the Company's EPS calculation.
The above total number of voting rights may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Service Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
