Blocklisting Application

Big Yellow Group PLC (the "Company") announces that an application has been made to The UK Listing Authority and The London Stock Exchange for block listings totalling 400,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each (the "Ordinary Shares"). The shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company.

The Ordinary Shares will be issued from time to time pursuant to the exercise of options under the Company's Unapproved and Approved Share Option Schemes.
