Pursuant to the Brewin Dolphin Holdings PLC (LSE:BRW) Senior Employee Matching Purchase Share Scheme, application is made to the UK Listing Authority for the blocklisting of and the London Stock Exchange for the admission of 2,362,624 ordinary shares of 1p each to be admitted to the Official List. These shares have not yet been allotted or issued at this time.

These shares rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary shares of the Company.
