Holidaybreak PLC09 December 2005 Holidaybreak plc (the "Company") 9 December 2005 Blocklisting Application The Company has made a block listing application to the UK Listing Authority andthe London Stock Exchange for 350,000 ordinary shares of 5p each ("OrdinaryShares") in the Company to be admitted to the Official List and to trading onthe London Stock Exchange upon issuance. The shares shall rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company. The Ordinary Shares have been block listed in respect of the following schemes: • 300,000 to the Holidaybreak plc 1996 Unapproved Share Option Scheme. • 50,000 to the Holidaybreak plc 2001 Savings Related Share Option Scheme.
