Block Listing Application

The Company announces that a block listing application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange (the “Block Listing”) for a total of 1,700,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the capital of the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange.

The Block Listing is for the future issuance of Ordinary Shares pursuant to the Company’s 2008 Savings Related Stock Option Scheme (the “Scheme”). The Ordinary Shares will be issued on a fully paid basis and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares.

No Ordinary Shares are being issued under the Scheme in connection with this announcement.
