Blocklisting Application

Cupid plc (AIM: CUP), the online dating company, announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission to trading on AIM of a blocklisting of 6,926,480 ordinary shares of 2.5p each to cover future exercises of shares arising from the Company's various share option schemes. The blocklisting will cover all Cupid share options exercisable if conditions are met, over the next three years. It is expected that the blocklisting will become effective on 30 June 2011.

These shares will be allotted upon receipt of a notice of exercise. Once issued, the new ordinary shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares.
