Blocklisting - Amendment

The following amendment has been made to the "Blocklisting" announcement released on 14 November 2013 at 9:00 under RNS No 9623S. A reference to the Company's 2003 share option plan has been inserted. All other details remain unchanged.

Blocklisting

A block listing application has been made to the Irish Stock Exchange and the UK Listing Authority for a total of 4,500,000 ordinary shares of nominal value €0.00635 each (the "Ordinary Shares"), in the capital of Ryanair Holdings plc, to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and the Official List of the Irish Stock Exchange, and application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for such shares to be admitted to trading. Admission is expected to take place by 15 November 2013.

The Ordinary Shares will be allotted from time to time following the conversion of options pursuant to the Company's 2003 share option plan.
