Inchcape PLC08 January 2007 8 January 2007 Inchcape plc ("the Company") Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London StockExchange Plc for a total of 363,000 Ordinary Shares of 25p each ("Shares") to beadmitted to the Official List. It is expected that the application will be heard on 10 January 2007 andadmission will be effective on 11 January 2007. These shares are being reserved under block listings and will be issued pursuantto the following plan/scheme: Plan/Scheme Shares The Inchcape 1999 Share Option Plan 363,000 When issued these Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares.
