Block Listing Update
The Company makes the following notification pursuant to Schedule Six of the AIM Rules for Companies regarding its existing block admission arrangements in respect of the Conviviality Share Incentive Plan (originally adopted as the Bargain Booze Share Incentive Plan in 2013) (the "Scheme"):
The Company notes that in its announcement of 20 July 2016, it stated that 31,349 ordinary shares of 0.02p each ("Ordinary Shares") were issued under the Scheme between 8 January 2016 and 19 July 2016, leaving a balance of 238,622 Ordinary Shares not yet issued under the Scheme at the end of that period. The correct number of shares issued during such period was actually 269,971 Ordinary Shares, leaving a balance of Nil Ordinary Shares not yet issued under the Scheme at the end of that period. No further Ordinary Shares have been issued by the Company in connection with the Scheme since 20 July 2016.
