Pursuant to the Brewin Dolphin Holdings PLC (LSE:BRW) 2004 Approved Share Option Scheme December 2004 grant, application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the admission of 700,283 shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to the Official List.

These shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company.
