ITE Group PLC24 May 2005 ITE GROUP PLC ("ITE" or "the Company") Block Listing ITE announces that it has applied to the UK Listing Authority and the LondonStock Exchange for a block listing of 7,881,941 ordinary shares of 1p each to beadmitted to the Official List and to trading in order to satisfy future newissues in connection with the ITE Employee Share Option Scheme (7,374,442ordinary shares) and ITE Key Contractors' Performance Share Plan (507,499ordinary shares). It is expected that admission of these shares will become effective on 25 May2005.
