Block Listing of Shares

A block listing application has been made for, in aggregate, 11,551,496 ordinary shares of one pence each (the "Shares") in the capital of Allied Minds plc (the "Company") to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange upon issuance. When issued, the Shares will be fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company. The total application comprises a block listing application in respect of Shares to be issued under rules of the Allied Minds 2008 Stock Option/Issuance Plan adopted by the Company, as described in the Company's prospectus dated 20 June 2014.
