BBA Aviation plc - Block Listing
An application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 600,000 ordinary shares of 29 16/21p each to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List. These shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.
These ordinary shares are to be issued from time to time pursuant to the rules of the Deferred Stock Plan.
Admission is expected to be effective on 5 October 2018.
