Lloyds TSB Group PLC04 April 2008 Regulatory Announcement Lloyds TSB Group plcBlock Listing of Shares Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London StockExchange for a block listing of 62,300,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in LloydsTSB Group plc. These shares are being allotted to trade on the London StockExchange and to be admitted to the Official List upon allotment pursuant to theCompany's obligations under the Lloyds TSB Group sharesave scheme 1997, theLloyds TSB Group sharesave scheme 2007 and the Lloyds TSB Group No. 2 executiveshare option scheme 1997 (the "Plans"). Participants in the Plans have or willbecome entitled to these shares following the exercise of share options.
