Block Listing of Shares

A block listing application has been made for, in aggregate, 6,568,340 ordinary shares of one pence each (the "Shares") in the capital of Allied Minds plc (the "Company") to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange upon issuance. When issued, the Shares will be fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company. The total application comprises a block listing application in respect of potential Shares to be issued under rules of the UK Long Term Incentive Plan adopted by the Company on 19 June 2014.
