Signature Aviation plc - Block Listing
An application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 7,000,000 ordinary shares of 37 17/84p each to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List. These shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.
These ordinary shares are to be issued from time to time pursuant to the rules of the following schemes:
Scheme Shares
Deferred Stock Plan 5,600,000
Long-Term Incentive Plan 1,400,000
Admission is expected to be effective on 30 April 2021.
