Block Listing of Shares

Kin and Carta plc (the "Company" or "Kin + Carta") announces that an application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 3,750,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company (the "Shares") to be admitted to the Official List and to be traded on the main market of the London Stock Exchange.

These Shares will, upon issue, rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company. It is expected that admission will become effective on 12 November 2021.

These Shares will be issued pursuant to the Kin + Carta Long-Term Incentive Plan and Kin + Carta Sharesave Scheme.
