Block listing of shares to satisfy shares under Performance Share Plan

Just Eat plc (the "Company") announces that an application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for a block listing of 5,000,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company ("Shares") on the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange for these shares to be admitted to trading.

The listing consists of 5,000,000 Shares to be issued in relation to existing awards under the Just Eat Performance Share Plan. When issued, the Shares shall rank equally with the existing issued shares of the Company. Admission is expected to occur on 5 September 2017.
